HOAs that are managed by property managers often have specifications provided by their property management company. However, self managed HOAs often don't have standards clearly defined for bid solicitation. Please let us know if you would like help crafting detailed specifications for your HOA. Wood Rot Inspection
It is a standard practice to charge for wood inspections with HOAs. At McLaughlin our Project Managers are comfortable providing ground level inspections at no additional fee to the HOA. We have our general contractors license and have full time crews of carpenters on staff. This allows board members ease of mind in scheduling as McLaughlin's Project Managers can provide seamless transitions between our carpentry and painting crews.
